Model and actress Eva Marcille is facing a $22,000 legal battle with her homeowners association, and her attorney is making it clear that nobody is taking her Atlanta mansion over some yard complaints.

The former “America’s Next Top Model” winner and “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum is being sued over alleged violations involving her $1.8 million property.

According to TMZ, the HOA claims Marcille repeatedly failed to address overgrown grass, untreated weeds, inoperable vehicles, expired registrations, and trash cans left in public view.

The association alleges it issued multiple warnings before filing suit. It now wants more than $22,000 in unpaid assessments and fines, along with a court order requiring Marcille to correct the alleged violations.

However, her attorney and husband Michael T. Sterling, isn’t backing down.

“Let me be absolutely clear: Eva Marcille Sterling is NOT going to lose her home over weeds in her lawn or a vehicle parked outside her residence. Period,” Sterling told TMZ.

He also accused the association of using excessive enforcement tactics.

“No homeowners association should be allowed to weaponize fines, fees, and liens to intimidate homeowners,” he said.

“They picked the wrong homeowner to push around, and they picked the wrong attorney to stand in her way,” Sterling added.

Sterling, Marcille’s former husband, reconciled with the actress in 2025 following their 2023 divorce.

The legal battle remains unresolved, with Sterling promising to fight the HOA’s demands.
