Chrisean Rock was visibly emotional after her fiancé, rapper Blueface, was reportedly arrested following a police response to a false emergency call in California.

According to reports, Blueface, whose real name is Johnathan Porter, was arrested Monday night (Oct. 19) in Santa Clarita, California, after allegedly refusing to cooperate with law enforcement officers investigating a reported gun-related incident.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reportedly responded to a call around 7:43 p.m. claiming a man had pointed a firearm at someone inside a business in Valencia. When deputies arrived, several individuals, including Blueface, were detained. Authorities allege the 29-year-old rapper refused to follow officers’ commands, resulting in his arrest on suspicion of delaying or obstructing a police investigation.

However, investigators later determined the original emergency call was a swatting incident, meaning someone had falsely reported an emergency to prompt a police response. Blueface was reportedly taken into custody and booked into the Los Angeles County jail.

Following the incident, footage circulating online appeared to show Chrisean Rock breaking down in tears. The emotional moment comes shortly after the couple, whose tumultuous relationship has frequently made headlines, announced their engagement.

The arrest could also complicate Blueface’s ongoing legal situation. The rapper is currently on probation in connection with a 2022 shooting in Las Vegas. He has also experienced previous swatting incidents, including an August encounter with police during which he was detained but ultimately released without being arrested.

It remains unclear whether Blueface has been released from custody or whether the latest arrest will affect his probation status.
