Kevin Gates’ Estranged Wife Dreka Scores Over $1 Million From His Music Catalog Sale After Accusing Him Of Cutting Off Financial Support

Rapper Kevin Gates is losing a significant portion of his music catalog sale proceeds after a judge ordered more than $1 million to go toward his estranged wife, Dreka Gates, as their contentious divorce continues.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, proceeds from the sale must be deposited into a Morgan Stanley account overseen by Bread Winner Alumni CFO Robert Bracy. Certified public accountant William Duerksen will also have authorized access.

Under the arrangement, Dreka will receive $929,341.50 designated for child and spousal support, along with an additional $150,000 payment. That brings her total allocation to approximately $1.08 million.

Meanwhile, Kevin is set to receive $538,798 upfront, followed by monthly payments of $225,000 beginning in October.

The agreement also directs $125,000 toward Dreka’s legal fees, $100,000 to her accountant, and another $103,000 to a third-party mediation service.

The financial ruling comes as the former couple continues battling over money and support obligations following their separation.

In January 2026, Kevin publicly accused Dreka of repeatedly stealing from him throughout their marriage. However, her attorney rejected those accusations, calling them “completely false and fabricated.”

Dreka previously alleged in October 2025 that Kevin stopped financially supporting her and their children in 2021, years before their divorce proceedings.

The latest court order establishes how the music sale proceeds will be distributed while their ongoing legal disputes remain unresolved.
