According to reports, the rapper has filed a lawsuit against #RickRoss’ ex on behalf of his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson, accusing her of making false and defamatory statements about the teen. In the Oct. 26 complaint, 50 alleges Tia fabricated claims about his son’s health and used the phrase “on the spectrum” to mock him. His attorneys argue that Tia deliberately targeted the minor to embarrass him and his family, accusing her of using the child “as a prop and a punchline.”

The lawsuit includes claims of libel and slander, false light invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. 50 is demanding a jury trial and seeking at least $2 million in damages for each claim ($6 million total), along with a permanent court order requiring Tia to remove the allegedly defamatory statements and refrain from repeating them. The reality star and media personality has already fired back in an online video, essentially telling 50 to shove the lawsuit where the sun doesn’t shine.
