Ciara Lashes Out At ‘US Weekly’: You’re Thirsty Liars! Singer Denies Doing Interview About Future
Ciara is fuming mad and she’s taken to social media to explain why.
Last night (August 13th), Ciara had a few choice tweets for US Weekly. She wrote:
I did not do this interview with you! This is a lie, and tasteless! Must you be that thirsty to create a story?! Unbelievable!
She continued:
Be CLEAR @usweekly. I interviewed with your Beauty Editor about Degree & Mtv HOS. U manipulated my words & took the interview for sensation. As I Said, Thirsty!!
Ouch!
So what EXACTLY has the singer upset? As previously reported, Us Weekly reported that she and fiance Future had called off their engagement.
The site noted a source revealed that they had broken up. Perhaps, this story triggered her angry reaction. Also, before news broke on their split, Ci Ci did an interview with them about how her life has changed since welcoming her baby. She was quoted as saying:
I’m in a much more clairvoyant place in my life. So, I want to express that through my music…I’m in an even more expressive place. I think that when you become a mom… you don’t really worry about the small stuff. I’m just way more centered. It makes you focus even more on what your goals are in life. And I just feel a whole new spiritual energy that’s happening.
The title of that particular story was: Ciara Talks About Motherhood and Life After Future Split: I’m Focused, “Very Happy”. Our guess is, she may have been angered about the title of the story. In any event, we’ll keep our eyes and ears open.
