[INTERVIEW] Meagan Good Addresses Celebrity Nudes, Before Becoming Latest Victim

Most of us were introduced to Meagan Good in her teenage years, in the 1997 film Eve’s Bayou . Fast forward to the present day and the 33-year-old established actress is making great strides in the acting world. Recently, theJasmineBRAND.com correspondent @SmithWorldWide chatted with her about her Hollywood journey, reaction to celebrity nudes hitting the ‘net and whether or not she and husband DeVon Franklin would agree to reality TV. theJasmineBrand.com: Your career has been an amazing journey. We’ve seen you since you were growing up. What was it about this event that made you feel like you had to give back and share about creativity and legacy for this particular event?

Meagan Good: I knew it was very open. It kind of called everyone to come in from all different walks of life–no matter religion, no matter race, no matter color, no matter where you’re from. It’s for everyone who wants to pursue the entertainment industry. I felt it was a different platform for me to come and speak about what it’s been for me, how important it is, how important your purpose is connected to what you pursue in life. Also, add a little Jesus up there, but in a place where it’s not necessarily about that. It’s really about having an open conversation. It’s such a huge part of the conversation. I want to keep branching out.

theJasmineBrand.com: Speaking of open conversation, I have to ask you a controversial question. Over the weekend, there’s been some news that some A-Listers may have some nude pictures that have hit the internet. What would you say if there were some thoughts that maybe your name was maybe on the list? What’s your plan of action and thoughts?
