theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Seth MacFarlane scored a huge victory in the legal battle accusing him of stealing the character “Ted“, with the production company who slapped him with a federal lawsuit admitting in court that the famed director didn’t steal their work after all.
Last year, Bengal Mangle Productions filed a federal lawsuit against MacFarlane accusing him of stealing the teddy bear character “Ted” from their 2008 screenplay “Acting School Academy“. The production company explained their teddy bear character was named Charlie who lived in a human world and the film they shot became a HUGE hit on YouTube, FunnyorDie and other outlets.
