Jay Z Kicks Off B-Sides Concert: Brings Out Beanie Sigel, Jay Electronica, Jeezy [VIDEO]
As promised, Saturday night (May 16th), Jay Z put on an entertaining show for hip-hop heads. The music mogul performed at NYC’s Terminal 5, as part of his B-Sides Show.
The show as part of an effort to promote Tidal, his new streaming service. Subscribers were able to watch the show online. Jay’s 2 hour set included classic songs that he normally doesn’t not perform, along with a few fan-favorites.
One of the more monumental moments included Jay bringing out his former artist Beanie Sigel, whom it was reported he no longer speaks to.
Jay also brought out Young Jeezy and Jay Electronica, Memphis Bleek, Freeway and others.
His set also included a freestyle, taking a few jabs at YouTube and Spotify.
