Shaquille O’Neal & Scottie Pippen Politely Slam Each Other On Instagram
Once an athlete, always an uberly competitive athlete. Case in point 43-year-old Shaquille O’Neal and 49-year-old Scottie Pippen. Both have long quit the game (Shaq in 2011 and Scottie in 2008), but that doesn’t prevent them from talking sh*t when it comes to the game.
We caught the two doing some polite Instagram feuding over whom the better play and team was during their days at the Lakers and Bulls.
From what we can tell, the situation was sparked when Shaq wrote (see above) on Instagram that the all-time Lakers squad (Shaq, Kobe Bryant, Elgin Baylor, Magic Johnson and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar) would beat the best five in Bulls history (Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, Dennis Rodman, Horace Grant and Derrick Rose)—by 50 points.
