TLC’s T-Boz is responding to the controversy surrounding the group’s upcoming album that was financed via Kick Starter. As previously reported, over the weekend, the trending topic #TLCIsgoingToJail erupted. From what we’re told, the hashtag was created after T-Boz replied to a fan who inquired about contributing to the group’s Kick Starter fund. See the tweet below.
This week, T-Boz broke her silence on the issue, telling the Rickey Smiley Morning show:
This is the thing, if people would do their research because everybody who donated we sent emails weekly and then on top of that we done press release.
