Bobby Brown Reportedly Checks Into Rehab
Bobby Brown is once again seeking help for addiction, sources close to the 47-year-old singer tell Confidenti@l. The news of Brown’s addiction trouble comes just days after it was reported he is expecting another child with his wife, Alicia.
The New York Daily News reports,
“Bob is in rehab,” according to a Brown confidant who believed the singer was seeking help in California for cocaine and alcohol problems. An attorney for Brown denied that the singer is being treated for alcohol and cocaine use in California, but declined to answer when asked point-blank if Brown was being treated for substance abuse, saying only that the singer would perform in Charleston, S.C., on March 4.
Last week, he shared an Instagram post, noting that he was heading to D.C.
Brown’s addiction troubles are nothing new. In the past, he’s spoken openly about taking drugs and alcohol. In fact, he’s alleged that he was introduced to drugs by his ex-wife, Whitney Houston, who passed in 2012.
