(EXCLUSIVE) Nick Gordon Accused of Profiting Off Bobbi Kristina’s Death

theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Nick Gordon is being blasted by Bobbi Kristina Brown’s estate for profiting off her death by appearing on The Dr. Phil Show for a large sum of cash and the lawyer representing the estate is demanding the judge sanction him for refusing to answer questions in court in the $40 million dollar legal battle and instead speaking about the incident comfortably on a television show.

Last year, the lawyer representing Bobbi Kristina’s estate slapped Gordon with a $40 million dollar wrongful death lawsuit accusing him of injecting her a toxic cocktail which caused her to become unconscious and then he put in face down in the bathtub, where she would later be found dead.

The lawyer said the morning of Bobbi Kristina’s death, Gordon came home around 6am after being out all night drinking and doing cocaine.

According to the lawsuit, the estate believes Gordon came home and started berating Bobbi Kristina and accusing her of cheating on him along with calling her a “whore”.

At some point during the fight, the estate claims Gordon provided her with the deadly cocktail that rendered her unconscious. He proceeded to place her face down in the tub which was filled with cold water. After he placed her in the bathroom he went to his room to flirt with another female guest.

Then 15 minutes later, another house guest discovered Bobbi Kristina’s body in the tub. The estate pointed out that Bobbi also had one of her teeth hanging loosely from her mouth, indicating she had also been injured.

Gordon has denied any wrongdoing and the autopsy report stated there were no signs of foul play, which he believed proved his innocence.

Then on May 2nd … the lawyer representing the estate headed back to court and demanded the judge sanction Gordon for his complete lack of responsiveness and/or participation for over 7 months.

The estate explains that the judge ordered Gordon to answer questions regarding the case during the discovery portion of the lawsuit. However, they say that he has failed to give any answers to their question and therefore he must be sanctioned monetarily.

They blast Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend by saying he has ignored the court order but has freely discussed his role in the incident which led to the horrific injured to Bobbi Kristina Brown on public television. The lawyer explains that Gordon was paid a substantial sum to appear on the Dr. Phil show and openly discuss each and every fact which led to the death of Bobbi Kristina

Further, they say Gordon has told the court numerous times he fears answering questions may “incriminate” him. The questions he refuses to answer include how Bobbi Kristina ended up in the bathtub, what they were fighting about the day of her death, the reasons for his visits to Wells Fargo Bank with Bobbi Kristina, why he claimed he was her ‘husband’, the value of Bobbi Kristina’s trusts, the conduct that contributed to Bobbi Kristina’s injuries and death, the inheritance and other assets received as a result of the inheritance in 2012 that Bobbi Kristina received from her late mother Whitney Houston along with a list of his business interests and their values.

The legal docs read,

Mr. Gordon must be held to account in a court of law, nor comfortably in front of a television camera spinning a web of lies.

They are demanding the judge order Gordon to pay sanctions for blowing off the court order and for him to sit down and answer their questions about the death of Bobbi Kristina.
