Next season, there will be one less reality star on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. It’s first transgender cast member, D.Smith, says she won’t be returning for another season. The music producer shared the news during an interview on “Don’t Be Scared” podcast:

No [I won’t be back], I barely made it through this season. They barely got me on the first season, there was a whole month where Betty [Idol] and I weren’t on there because I quit the show in the middle of the season. I was uncomfortable with the dialogue. I don’t foresee me being on another season.

She also explained that she hasn’t watched this season at all.

I’ve never even seen an episode, not one. I don’t read comments. I stay clear away from my social media. I have amazing things going on in my life and I”m super happy.

She also spoke on being a transgender woman on VH1’s hit franchise:

The truth of the matter is D. Smith is a producer with some accolades, some success, I’m a singer, an artist and I happen to be transgender. That’s what I wanted to portray and that’s what I wanted trans people to see. The overkill with trans, trans, trans and LGBT—what’s the big deal? Everyone in this world has a gay or trans friend, cousins, uncles, aunts. Why is it so big? I think that was definitely a concern. […] Me being on the show is waving the flag.

I agree with D. Smith. This gay agenda has definitely been overkill. I pray that it dies down when President Obama leaves office. The “Gay is the new Black” was his agenda while he was in office. Every president has an agenda that he/she must adhere too.

I’m glad D. Smith is not with the show any longer myself. Her and her flunky were very dry. I don’t understand why homosexual people have to always ask for a parade and then when they get one they complain. Meaning, they ask to be recognized, but then when the spotlight is on them they complain that they’re getting too much attention. Why can’t they just be people? Heterosexual people don’t parade around telling the world they’re heterosexual. What you prefer in your bedroom is your business. When I see D. Smith I see a person. I don’t care if you’re male or female or transitioning. Stop telling the world what you are and show them who you are! Nobody cares, there’s too much important stuff on the agenda.

GOOD!!! He (yes…shade) wanted so much respect for the transgender community but was one of the most disrespectful, bullies on the show. He wants respect but can’t respect other people’s opinions. Go figure. Not everyone has to down with the transgender community. Oh yeah, take your Chihuahua sidekick with you!

I’m glad they’re gone.Too much of a bully with their views. You can’t be shoving your beliefs down others throats.People are entitled to their beliefs. If you didn’t agree you were not tolerated. You can’t demand that people except your way of life.As long as I show you respect that’s all you can ask for.
