(EXCLUSIVE) A$AP Rocky Accused of Trashing Condo, Landlord Sues For $175k

theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, A$AP Rocky is accused of trashing the New York condo he rented for years and now the landlord has slapped the rapper with a federal lawsuit demanding in excess of $175k for the repairs.

A man named Scott Crowe filed suit against A$AP in New York Federal Court accusing him of trashing his luxury condo. Back in October 2013, he explains he leased a New York condo in a luxury building to the rapper.

Then several months later, the two signed an amendment to the lease which acknowledged that A$AP had made certain alterations to the unit without the owner’s approval and he agreed to restore the unit to the original conditions and remove any alterations with damaging the unit.

Last month, the rapper vacated the unit and when the landlord entered the property he saw it was in complete despair and had extensive damage throughout the unit. The alterations he promised to remove were also not removed.

The damages included the floors were damaged and carpet was installed in the upstairs bedroom and not removed by the rapper; the custom chandelier which existed in the stairwell was removed; the fireplace was broken; the corner of the fireplace mantel was broken and requires replacement; floors in the downstairs living room were damaged; deep scratches and damage was caused to the flooring; walls throughout were damaged due to A$AP installing and removing art work; kitchen cabinets were scratched and damaged; all security cameras and associated equipment installed by the landlord were removed and the security he installed was not removed before he left and the unit was

left in a generally filthy state with dirt, huge piles of debris and garbage throughout the unit.

The man filed suit demanding A$AP pay up for the entire cost of repair and for the return of the missing fixtures along with the unpaid rent he owes. He is suing for in excess of $175k for the damage the unit suffered at the hands of A$AP.
