Kardashians To Blac Chyna: It’s not personal, we don’t want you diluting our brand.
Kardashians Don’t Want Blac Chyna Diluting Their Brand
The legal battle between Blac Chyna and the Kardashian sisters continues. As previously reported, Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian’s companies have filed legal documents opposing Blac Chyna’s request to trademark ‘Angela Renee Kardashian‘.
Under the new moniker, Chyna (who is engaged to their brother Rob Kardashian), reportedly has plans to launch ‘entertainment services, make television and movie appearances, live as a “social media celebrity,” as well as party host’.

However, the Kardashian sisters aren’t a fan. According to a report, they fear that if Chyna gets the trademark they’ll,
suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill.
The docs add that she is “deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity” of the Kardashian name.
So what’s the latest? Sources claim that the sisters will not withdraw their opposition to Chyna’s trademark “Angela Renee Kardashian.” Reportedly, Kris Jenner has intervened, saying that she will call off the lawyers who are blocking the trademark.
However, those close to Kim, Khloe and Kourtney feel differently and want to protect their Kardashian name. While they say it’s nothing personal, they allegedly claim that adding another woman to their booming brand, will dilute the brand they’ve worked on for years. They also reportedly, note that Chyna didn’t attempt to trademark her name when she and Tyga were engaged.
Reportedly, the Kardashian sisters team of lawyers are trying to negotiate with Chyna’s lawyers. Click here to see Chyna’s lawyers response.
