Cancer Patient Who FaceTimed With Beyonce Dies

Very sad news. Ebony Banks, the fan Beyonce FaceTimed last week after hearing about her battle with cancer, has passed. Banks spent the last year in the hospital after being diagnosed with stage four cancer.

According to reports, the high school student died on Sunday, March 26. Students from the school held candlelight vigils to honor her.

Last week, Ebony made headlines, after family and friends started a campaign on her behalf, in an effort to reach out to Beyonce to speak with the teenager.

After learning about Banks, Beyonce contacted her via Facetime. See the sweet clip.
