(EXCLUSIVE) Amber Rose Strip Club Trademark NOT Denied
Amber Rose Strip Club Trademark NOT Denied
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Amber Rose’s new strip club Ace of Diamonds (AOD) will in fact open. This week, reports surfaced that the former stripper turned mogul had been shut down by a judge, in attempting to trade mark the name of the popular strip club. According to a report, the application was rejected because it would cause confusion in the marketplace, since an AOD and Ace of Emeralds already exists. However, we’re told those reports are false. Sources tell us,
Amber’s team responded to the examining attorney, not a judge. In fact, the mark hasn’t been opposed by any party.
We’re told that Amber and her team were able to obtain a verified account for AOD on Instagram and all the other AOD accounts have since been removed.
Meanwhile, Amber continues to promote the new club and is hiring a full staff.
We’re told the club is set to open this spring.
