Kendall & Kylie Jenner Hit w/ Lawsuit Over Tupac T-Shirts
Rob Kardashian isn’t the only family member that is now being forced to lawyer up. The reality star’s sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, are being sued by a commercial photographer.
The photog is suing the famous ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashian’s’ sisters over the use of two of his images of late rapper Tupac Shakur that were used on T-shirts the sisters briefly sold.
Michael Miller sued the pair in a Los Angeles federal court on Friday for copyright infringement over the vintage styled T-shirts that featured their likeness or designs superimposed over photos of famous musicians. Miller’s suit states the Jenner’s never sought permission to use his photos.
As previously reported, Kendall and Kylie’s brand, Kendall + Kylie stopped selling the shirts last month after the mother of the late rapper Notorious B.I.G, criticized them on social media and threatened legal action. They were also criticized by Ozzy Osbourne’s wife, Sharon.
Miller is seeking at least $150,000 apiece for the use of his photos.
