O.J. Simpson Museum To Open In LA
A Los Angeles art gallery has announced plans for a pop-up O.J. Simpson museum. The news was shared just one week after Simpson was granted parole. The temporary exhibit will be held at Coagula Curatorial in Chinatown, running from August 18-22.
The exhibit is curated by Adam Papagan, the same person who created The O.J. Tour. The museum will include dozens of artifacts dating back to the time of the trial, including Simpson t-shirts, artwork inspired by the case, and a 1994 Ford Bronco that Papagan bought with funds from a crowd funding campaign. Papagan explained,
The O.J. Trial has been a lifelong obsession of mine. Everyone knows the media version, but The O.J. Museum is the vernacular of the people.
Tickets to the museum pop-up are $5 at the door.
