Rihanna Cops $7 Million Dollar Hollywood Hills Home

Rihanna is the latest celebrity to purchase a home in Los Angeles. According to a report, the 29-year-old singer recently copped a gated Mediterranean-style Hollywood Hills, which sold for $6.8 million earlier this year.

The estate is said to sit on nearly half an acre of land, and includes a 7,130-square-foot main house with a chef’s kitchen, a movie theater and a billiards room. The property also includes a fitness center (formerly a guesthouse), an infinity pool and views of the Sunset Strip. The home was last on the market for $6.99 million.

This isn’t Rihanna’s first purchase in LA. In 2009 she purchased a four bedroom Beverly Hills home for $6.9 million. She later sold it for $5.03 million. She also currently owns a three-bedroom apartment in LA, which cost her $5.45 million.
