OJ Simpson May Be Released Next Monday
It may only be few days before O.J. Simpson is a free man. Reportedly, the 70-year-old former NFL’er may be released from jail as soon as Monday, October 2nd. We hear that a plan is being finalized by Nevada officials to determine his exact release date.
Over the summer, he was granted parole and it was set to begin on Sunday, Oct. 1. Since releases don’t happen on the weekend, he may be required to stay in jail until the following day.
Simpson has spent nine years in jail, after his 2008 armed robbery and kidnapping convictions, following a confrontation in a Las Vegas hotel room, with sports memorabilia dealers.
