Tyrese’s Attorney Drops Out, Actor May Represent Himself In Court
Tyrese May Represent Himself In Court
Tyrese Gibson’s lawyer Terry Levich Ross has filed for a substitution of attorney, according to reports. He will no longer be representing the ‘Fast & Furious’ actor and if Tyrese does not find an attorney by Tuesday, he may be forced to represent himself.
Tyrese and ex wife Norma Gibson are expected to attend a hearing on Tuesday. As previously reported, Norma is seeking a permanent restraining order against Tyrese, claiming he beat their 10-year-old daughter Shayla.
A source close to the ongoing legal battle says that as of now, Tyrese will act as his own lawyer.
Over the weekend, Tyrese took to social media, admitting that the legal battle had taken on toll on him and he had been on prescription drugs, which contributed to his public meltdown.
To date, an investigation into allegations of child abuse has been dropped. No additional details about the case have been shared.
