Michael Jackson Child Molestation Lawsuit Dismissed
Michael Jackson Child Molestation Lawsuit Dismissed
A judge has dismissed a lawsuit against the late Michael Jackson. A choreographer, who is now 35-years-old, had alleged the pop star molested him as a child. This week, a judge dismissed it, which resolves one of the last major claims against Jackson’s holdings.
The judge ruled against Wade Robson, the accuser, finding that the two Jackson-owned corporations, which were the remaining defendants in the case, were not liable for Robson’s exposure to Jackson. He did not rule on the credibility of Robson’s allegations themselves. Robson’s attorney plans to appeal.
Robson says he met Jackson when he was 5 years old. He testified in Jackson’s defense at the singer’s 2005 criminal trial, saying he had spent the night at Jackson’s Neverland Ranch more than 20 times and usually slept in Jackson’s room, but Jackson never molested him. Jackson was acquitted in that trial.
Years later, in 2013 (about the singer’s death) Robson sued the Jackson estate for an alleged molestation that spanned a seven-year period. A court ruled in 2015 that Robson had filed his lawsuit too late to get any of Jackson’s estate. That left two remaining defendants, both corporate entities owned by Jackson in his lifetime: MJJ Productions, Inc., and MJJ Ventures, Inc.
The judge ruled that those two corporate defendants could not be held responsible for Robson’s exposure to Jackson.

How can someone take you seriously? In 2005, you were 20 years old and, said he never touched you. You were old enough to know better. Then when he dies, you said he did for 7 years!!! It’s something fishy going on here. Money is truly the root of all evil because if you were lying in 2005, it was for financial gain, and if you changed your mind in 2013, when he died, it’s because the well ran dry. Some people will never understand that some things are truly priceless and integrity is one of them.
