Rick Ross – Lawsuit Accusing Him Stiffing Touring Company Dismissed
theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, Rick Ross has one less legal case to deal with in court. Last month, the court dismissed an entire lawsuit that the Maybach Music founder was facing, due to the plaintiff not appearing in court to move the case along.
Here’s the backstory: Back in 2013, A Florida tour booker alleged that the 41-year-old artist did not compensate him for his services. Total Access Talent filed a lawsuit claiming that Rick Ross Touring hired them to book and organize his Florida dates.
However, they said that they were never paid the 10% commission that was verbally promised to them. It’s interesting to note that the company had worked with Ross since 2004 and had no issue with payment before. They claimed Ross owed at least $171,000 in commissions.
