Blac Chyna’s BFF Paige Addison Invokes 5th Amendment in Hit & Run Lawsuit
theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, the legal battle involving Blac Chyna’s BFF, Paige Addison (full name Charmeika Paige Addison) continues. On January 18, legal docs were filed by Paige in the civil lawsuit filed against her and Blac Chyna over the hit and run she allegedly committed while driving Chyna’s car.
She explains that she is invoking her privilege against self-incrimination, due to her being on probation for the hit & run criminal case.
The judge in her criminal case could revoke her probation after learning new information or enhance her sentence, which she only received probation for.
Paige, who starred on Chyna’s E! reality show, ‘Rob & Chyna’, is refusing to answer questions about who she spoke to after the hit and run incident or any events after the crash. She explains any testimony in the civil suit could be used against her in the criminal case and therefore she won’t be talking about the events following the accident.
