EXCLUSIVE: Tamar Braxton & Vince Herbert Renting Out Calabasas Mansion for $150k/Month
Tamar Braxton & Vince Herbert Renting Out Calabasas Mansion
theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, Tamar Braxton and her estranged husband Vincent Herbert are asking for a serious coin to rent out their home.
Tamar filed for divorce last October, citing “irreconcilable differences” and they are now living in separate homes. The pair put their Calabasas mansion on the market, but pulled it off in hopes of renting it out. They’ve listed it to rent for $150k a month.
The home was originally listed for sale in October for $15 million, but they were not able to find a buyer. It features a grand two story entry, recording studio, two family rooms, large oversized open chefs kitchen, 15 car garage, oversized two acre lot with custom pool and professional gym.
Last week, the ‘Tamar & Vince’ reality stars appeared together on ‘The View’. Tamar admitted that they are going through counseling and she’s not sure if they’ll divorce or reconcile. See the clip.
