Meghan Markle Taking 6 Month Crash Course in Royal Duties: No Selfies, No Social Media, No Voting

Marrying Prince Harry has thrusted Meghan Markle, a Los Angeles native, into a new world at Kensington Palace.

The newly crowned Duchess of Sussex will be taught her royal duties in a crash
course taught by the Queen’s personal aide, Samantha Cohen.

Cohen was the Queen’s assistant private secretary and worked with her advising team for over 17 years. She recently resigned when her partner, Sir Christopher Geidt, the Queen’s head private
secretary, announce his retirement last July. Although, she was persuaded to stay on the advisement team, and take her duties from Buckingham Palace to Kensington Palace as Meghan’s adviser.

Sources say Samantha’s no-nonsense approach is so infamous that she has embraced the nickname, “Samantha the Panther.” Meghan will immediately start “six months of listening” of training from both
Samantha and other trusted advisers. To some, six months may seem extensive to learn how to be someone’s wife – but the course covers more than that. There are several rules that Meghan must follow in order to meet the royal requirements. As reported by “Express,” the royal rules include but aren’t limited to:

No social media
No selfies
No voting
No shellfish
Modest dress only

She must have “mourning clothing” on hand at all times.

Would you be able to adhere to the Royal rules?
