Jamie Foxx Denies Slapping Woman In The Face With His Penis

Jamie Foxx is being accused of a sexual assault incident that allegedly occurred over 16 years ago. The woman has remained anonymous, however, she went to the Las Vegas police last week to report the incident. According to reports, she and a friend were attending a party at Jamie’s home when he allegedly tried to get her to perform oral sex. She claims when she refused, Foxx struck her in the face with his penis.

The accuser went on to report that after the incident occurred a friend of Foxx told the woman that she had to leave. The accuser claims to have gone back to her LA home the following day and later went to the hospital for a severe panic attack. Although the Las Vegas Police Department has filed an open investigation into the alleged assault, the statute of limitations, which is three years, will prevent the accuser from taking Foxx to court. Jamie’s attorney adamantly denies that this incident ever occurred.

Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him. The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman’s absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story. The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday because the incident never happened.

The accuser claims that she was motivated by the #MeToo movement to come out and openly report the sexual assault. She also stated that she wanted to make sure the report was filed just in case more sexual assault victims come forward. Foxx has yet to make a public statement regarding the alleged assault.
