Kim Kardashian Accused of Ripping of Beauty Line Concept By Trey Songz Ex Tanaya Henry

Kim Kardashian West is being accused of stealing yet another concept. As the mogul has launched new products for KKW beauty/makeup line, a jewelry designer and model by the name of Tanaya Henry is now alleging that the Kardashian stole her concept for her promotional lipstick photo shoot.  Henry, who once dated singer Trey Songz, is the owner of Lace By Tanaya, which is an online boutique that offers designer swarovski crystal and fine jewelry for women and is based in Los Angeles. After Henry caught photos of the Kardashian in a similar concept to her “Lip Lace,” promotion, she went ballistic. The shoot Henry is speaking in reference to models either her or a different model displaying the lip jewelry with different accents and thrilling facial expressions.

The lace lip promo shot by photographer and former friend, Marcus Hyde. The designer laid everything on the table in a lengthy Instagram caption on Thursday. With a photo of Kim’s latest work as the photo shared, she wrote,

Shoutout to @kimkardashian and @marcushyde for completely jacking NOT ONLY my concept, but #LIPLACE too! Crazy part is @marcushyde was my friend long before he started working with @kanyewest & @kimkardashian and has shot @lacebytanaya countless times, but because he got a check out of this, he says it’s not his problem. Kim, you’ve pulled my product & you could’ve again for this shoot. Your whole family’s worn @lacebytanaya. You guys know who I am and you know my shit but pretend you don’t. I just said hi to Kanye on FaceTime 4 days ago. You guys are trash.

Do you spot a resemblance?

Henry even shared messages of her confronting the photographer about Kim’s shoot. She shared a few messages of the exchange to her Instagram Story.

Hyde has provided his two cents to the situation, as well. He believes he has nothing to do with the situation, due to him just doing his job as the photographer. He shared these sentiments to his Instagram Story on Thursday.

Kim Kardashian has yet to respond.
