EXCLUSIVE: Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood Cast Shake Up Underway, Similar To ‘Housewives’ Franchise – Focus More On Couples & A-List Names
theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, some serious casting changes may be in the works for Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood. We broke the story last month that the production company Eastern TV had been axed from producing the hit series. The news was later confirmed with reports stating that the show was moving in a new direction. And those sentiments appear to be the case. Sources claim that moving forward, the ensemble will have a Housewives casting feel.
“They want the cast to only focus on actual couples and big names”.
Sources allege that it will likely still have a smaller supporting cast, but unless you’re a couple or have a substantial role, you’ll likely get axed.
This season, the cast did include couples including Ray J and Princess Love; A1 and Lyrica Anderson; Brooke Valentine and Marcus; and a few others.
The biggest name was singer K.Michelle.
We’re told that the cast has not received offers to return, but that’s likely to happen by the end of the year.
