Who runs the world? Girls, according to Beyoncé, but before that – Olympic track runner, Florence Griffith Joyner, ran the sports world. Beyoncé won Halloween for the umpteenth year in a row with her Phoni Braxton costume, in tribute to famed singer Toni Braxton.

But she finished off the holiday as Florence Griffith Joyner, better known as Flo-Jo! The Olympic champion’s daughter, Mary, took to Instagram to thank Beyoncé for a flawless rendition of her mother. Mary said:
