Justine Skye’s Ex Shack Wes Will Not Be Charged For Allegedly Attacking Her
A Los Angeles District Attorney has officially decided not to charge singer and actress Justine Skye’s ex, Sheck Wes, for his alleged physical abuse against her.
In the most recent news, one of Skye’s reps expressed disappointment but confirmed Wes is still not legally permitted to be with a certain distance of Skye. The rep stated,
“A judge in the Superior Court of California granted a restraining order against Sheck Wes that is still in effect and the correlating case is still pending. However, it is unfortunate that the Los Angeles District Attorney decided to not pursue any further action at this time but that is often the case with many victims of domestic violence which is why incidents like this go unreported much of the time.”

While Wes was accused of attacking Skye at West Hollywood’s Montrose Hotel, there wasn’t enough physical evidence to press charges. Skye spoke out about the incident in February and said he has physically abused her on more than one occasion. As for the alleged incident at the Montrose, Skye said Wes hit her in the face with a wad of money and verbally assaulted her. She said he and his friends stalked her and her friends as well.

Wes insisted he never attacked Skye, or anyone for that matter.

Still, Skye stuck to her story.
Skye hinted that she was a victim of domestic violence in the video for her song Build.
She also discussed it during an appearance on The Breakfast Club.
