Kanye West’s Donda’s House Charity For His Late Mother Made Roughly $65K In 4 Years
New reports reveal that Donda’s House, a charity organization created to salute Kanye West’s late mother, Donda West, has brought in $64,974 since it opened its doors in 2013. While the house made $457,236 in profit over the last six years (including the $40 profit it made in its first year), it also had expenses that totaled $392,262, according to reports.
Kanye along with his fellow rapper, Rhymefest, started the organization together.

Fans might remember that the two got into a heated battle as Rhymefest called out West for not helping him maintain the house. He brought rapper Drake into the mix, asking him if he could donate money to the house after West’s record label, G.O.O.D. Music, sent Drake money it owed. He then accused West of saying,
“F*** the youth of Chicago.”

West’s wife, Kim Kardashian West stepped in and said West had previously asked Rhymefest to take over the organization because he no longer had the capacity to run it.

Fortunately, all three were able to come to an agreement and West and Rhymefest were able to rebuild their friendship on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
