Detroit Pistons Sign Derrick Rose For Two-Year, $15 Million Deal
“NOW we can say it. It’s official. Welcome Derrick Rose to Detroit!”

According to reports, Rose and the Pistons also agreed on a $15 million deal.
”Free agent guard Derrick Rose has agreed to a two-year, $15M deal to join the Detroit Pistons.”

Rose has battled injury throughout his career, including missing the 2012-13 season with a torn ACL.

Rose saw a resurgent season with the Timberwolves last season averaging 18.0 points, 4.3 assists and 2.7 rebou Rose posted a stat line of 18.0 points, 2.7 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 27.3 minutes in 51 games (13 starts) while shooting .482 from the floor and a career-best .370 from beyond the arc.
Last season, Rose has a career-high 59 points to lead the Wolves to a three-point win. He says in a postgame interview,
“Words can’t describe how I feel right now. It’s been a while, bro.”
