Lela Rochon Makes 1st Public Appearance Since Husband Spotted Kissing Nicole Murphy, Wears Wedding Ring

Lela Rochon is back on the scene.

She was seen for the first time in public since her husband, director Antoine Fuqua, was spotted kissing Nicole Murphy last month.

Her first stop? The premiere for OWN’s upcoming series “David Makes Man.” Rochon has a recurring role on the series.

Her husband wasn’t with her this time around, but she was still rocking her wedding ring.

While she’s returned to the spotlight, she has yet to return to social media. She deleted her Twitter and Instagram shortly after Murphy and Fuqua were seen kissing.

Murphy later apologized for the makeout session as Fuqua has stayed quiet.

“Without going into the entire situation, I want to apologize to my family, and to Lela and the Fuqua family for what transpired. It was not my intention to be in this situation. I do not condone women kissing or interacting in anyway inappropriately with a married man. I too was once married and I would never intentionally undermine another woman, despite what has been written.”

Fuqua and Rochon celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary in April.
