Condolences: Grammy-Winning Winger/Songwriter LaShawn Daniels Has Passed At 41
Very sad news. The Grammy-winning singer/songwriter and producer LaShawn Daniels has reportedly died at the age of 41. The cause of death has not been confirmed at this time.
His last social media post was two days ago.
His wife, April’s latest social media post was on August 24th.
LaShawn’s family has yet to release a statement.
Daniels was best known for his collaborations with the music producer Darkchild, with songwriting credits on R&B classics including Brandy and Monica’s “The Boy Is Mine”, “Lose My Breath” by Destiny’s Child, “Telephone” by Lady Gaga and Beyoncé, “If You Had My Love” by Jennifer Lopez and “It’s Not Right But It’s Okay” by Whitney Houston. He also appeared with his wife April on Braxton Family Values and Tamar & Vince.
