Kobe Bryant Posts Throwback Video Of Himself Dancing At Talent Show After Being Accused Of Shading 7th Grader [VIDEO]
Kobe Bryant’s throwback video of him dancing to Vanilla Ice’s “Ice Ice Baby” might be his best attempt at damage control.
The retired NBA baller shared footage of him and friends dancing to the hit at a school show. He wrote Thursday (Sept. 12),
“When I was 12, I skipped basketball for two weeks so I could dance in a school show. I’m all about diversifying while young, then locking in on your passion.”
Interestingly enough, the post is just a day after he was accused of calling out a 7th grade girl for choosing dance over basketball. He posted a photo Wednesday (Sept. 11) of his daughter’s basketball team and wrote,
“Here’s our fourth place ‘winners’ picture lol six of the kids in the picture stayed with me and worked every single day to get better and continue to work to this day. The 7th player (not in pic) missed this game for a dance recital so that should tell you where her focus was at this time.”
He later responded and denied throwing shade at the girl.
