Lori Harvey is celebrating her 23rd birthday in Jamaica, but she could turn 24 behind bars.
The stepdaughter of TV personality Steve Harvey has been charged with two misdemeanors: one count of resisting, delaying, obstructing a peace officer and another for a hit and run resulting in property damage, according to new reports.
She’s scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday, Jan. 21 and could be sentenced to a year in prison.
Lori Harvey, who’s currently rumored to be dating rapper Future, was arrested on Oct. 20 after allegedly not just hitting a parked car, but literally running away from the scene.

Her car was later discovered next to the said parked car that she’s accused of hitting. She was arrested not too far from the scene shortly after a witness identified her.
Fortunately, no one was hurt.
Meanwhile, Lori Harvey celebrated her 23rd birthday with her rumored boyfriend Future and celebrity friends like Jordyn Woods, Winnie Harlow, Normani, Ryan Destiny and Emily B’s daughter Taina Williams.
