The continued hip-hop conversation comparing Lil Kim and Nicki Minaj continues after it was reignited over the weekend. The topic was brought up during a conversation between producer Swizz Beatz and singer Usher. The pair were on social media, discussing who the next two artists should battle on Verzuz.

Swizz Beatz told Usher that lots of people were requesting a Lil Kim Vs Nicki Minaj battle in the future. See the clip.

They mad at Usher for saying NM is a product of Lil Kim. Lil Kim's influence can be found all over female rap. Usher contemplated his comment briefly, then responded, that Nicki Minaj is actually a product of Lil Kim. He states,

“Ouuuuuuu, yeah but, you know that’s, nah, she, she Kim, and Nicki is a product of Kim”…
