Tristan Thompson Hits Kimberly Alexander With A Lawsuit Amid Her Claims He Fathered Her Child, Calls Her A Porno Model Wanting Fame

We previously reported that Tristan Thompson was rumored to allegedly have a child with Kimberly Alexander.  A cease and desist letter has already been sent to Kimberly Alexander, and now Tristan Thompson is filing a libel lawsuit against the woman who claims he fathered her child. In a new lawsuit Tristan Thompson says that Kimberly Alexander:

“Is a wannabe social media influencer and pornographic model/performer who is so desperate to achieve her fifteen minutes of fame that she recently fabricated a false claim that NBA star/Cleveland Cavaliers center/power forward Thompson is the father of her nearly five-year-old son.”

As previously reported, that Tristan Thompson did have sex with Alexander, during his NBA rookie season 2011-2012, which doesn’t line up with the age of Kimberly Alexander’s child, which she stated on social media despite the cease-and-desist.

Kimberly Alexander, who has been claiming she has a child with Tristan, reportedly has been evicted from at least five different residences within the past seven years, most recently in July of 2019.

New court documents show that Tristan Thompson’s attorney says that Kimberly Alexander has “maliciously accused” him of being “a deadbeat dad” although a DNA test has already proved that Thompson is not the father of Kimberly’s child:

“A reputable, accredited DNA lab approved by her own lawyers has conclusively determined that Thompson is not the father of Alexander’s child”

The court documents also say that since Thompson never believed that he fathered Alexander’s child, he chose to “voluntarily” submit a DNA test to “definitely determine the child’s paternity.”  Although Tristan was cleared of the allegations, the documents say that Kimberly is still claiming Tristan as her baby’s father:

“Alexander has persisted in publicly proclaiming that Thompson is her child’s father.”

In the docs, Thompson also says that Alexander has publicly accused him and Khloe Kardashian, of manipulating the paternity results, and he also references several allegedly defamatory social media posts done by Alexander. Which were posted after she received the cease-and-desist letters.

Thompson is seeking damages to “set an example of defendants, and to deter such conduct in the future,” as well as the amount he spent on court costs.
