Biz Markie Has Been Hospitalized For Weeks With Mystery Illness

It has been reported that Legendary rapper Biz Markie (56), real name Marcel Theo Hall, has been hospitalized for weeks for an unknown illness. When asked if the illness was coronavirus Covid-19 sources close to the rapper said it was not, but the illness was triggered by Type 2 Diabetes, which he was diagnosed with in 2011.

Biz Markie is currently receiving treatment in a Maryland area hospital, his condition is unclear. Biz Markie’s rep released the following statement:

“He is receiving the best care from an amazing team of medical professionals and we remain positive about the outcome.

Biz Markie showed off a slimmed down look in 2014 after losing 140. Being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes scared the rapper into changing his eating habits and seeking a healthier lifestyle.Prayers up for Biz Markie.
