Porsha Williams Says Not To Judge Monique Samuels’ Actions After RHOP Fight + Still Feels She Was Provoked By Kenya Moore On RHOA Fight

The world is still talking about Candiace Dillard and Monique Samuels’ fight on a recent episode of Real Housewives Of Potomac.

One of the biggest disagreement between fans is whether or not Monique Samuels was provoked by Candiace Dillard.

Some have even compared the fight to Kenya Moore and Porsha Williams fight on the Real Housewives of Atlanta, season 6 reunion.

At the end of Sunday night’s episode (Sept. 20th), the first part of the epic fight between Candiace Dillard Bassett and Monique Samuels was shown, as the ladies argued and Monique Samuels flipped Candiace Dillard Bassett’s hair before grabbing it. Following the fight, Monique Samuels says that she felt that she was provoked, claiming that she did not swing until she was hit with a glass. Meanwhile, Candiace Dillard has said that there were some things that could have been done differently, explaining:

“I could say that I could have done what I did in the previous week’s episode which is walk away, but Monique as you all have seen in the compounding episodes she tried at every turn to start a fight, an argument, to start drama, she was waiting for an opportunity if you ask me to have her day, and have her moment…”
Recently, Porsha Williams talked about her infamous fight with Kenya Moore on the show and how anger management helped her deal with problems moving forward. Porsha Williams also commended Monique for taking the first step to acknowledging her part with the rest of the cast,
“She has to know her part, which I feel she has, but she doesn’t know if Candiace has owned her part yet.  So for her to take the initiative to go ahead and do it first, it’s tough.  And ya’ll are a tough crowd you have to admit that Gizelle.”
Porsha also reacted to viewers comparing her altercation with Kenya, to Monique and Candiace’s fight.
“At the end of the day, any type of altercation period, they’re going to compare us. Especially if it happens on these cameras.”
Porsha added that similar to Monique’s feelings, she also felt provoked prior to her altercation.
“Now in my situation, I felt provoked, and that’s a personal feeling. I personally felt provoked, and pushed to that level.  Now Monique she may feel that way, as well.
