Actress Natalie Desselle, Who Starred On “B*A*P*S”, “How To Be A Player” Has Passed [Condolences]
Very sad news. According to reports, actress Natalie Desselle, has died. The news was confirmed by her former manager who shared on Twitter:
Natalie Desselle the beautiful talented actress passed away this morning.
Natalie was a bright light. She was an amazing actress and comedienne but also an awesome mother & wife.
Sending prayers to her family.
I had the pleasure of managing her career.
The actress passed away at 53 after her battle with colon cancer.
Her B*A*P*S co-star, actress Halle Berry, reacted to the news on social media. She wrote:
“i’m in total shock. completely heartbroken. gonna need a minute. #RIP@nataliedessellereid“

Natalie Desselle Reid performed in several films including B*A*P*S, Def Jam’s How to Be a Player, and Cinderella, and the television series Built to Last and For Your Love.
For three seasons, she played Janie Egins on the UPN series, Eve.
She was 53 years old.
