Kevin Hart & Mark Wahlberg Film Crew Member Suffers Serious Fall On Set, Rushed To The Hospital
A crew member for Kevin Hart and Mark Wahlberg’s upcoming Netflix film Me Time was rushed to the hospital after suffering a serious fall on set.
According to reports, the unidentified crew member’s injuries were so bad paramedics had to use a defibrillator to get his heart beating again. He also suffered leg and arm fractures after falling roughly 30 feet. He fell from a catwalk that was approximately 60-80 feet in the air. While the crew member’s name hasn’t been released to the public, he is said to be a 38-year-old male.
Insiders with the LAFD said paramedics received a report of a “long fall” at Sunset Gower Studios early Tuesday morning (Sept. 14). When they got to the studio, the crew member didn’t have a pulse and medical staffers on set were giving him CPR. He was said to be in “grave” condition, but it was changed to “critical” after his heartbeat returned.
He was rushed to the hospital and was undergoing treatment at the time of publication. The current status of his condition hasn’t been made public at this time.
Kevin Hart announced the film on his Instagram page earlier this month. He wrote,
“Me Time” …..finally getting to work with my guy @markwahlberg ….This is going to EPIC!!!!! Stay Tuned people #MeTime#Netflix#Comedy#com?ngsoon“
Thoughts and prayers for a full recovery.
