“Power Book IV: Force” Sets Record At Starz For Having Highest Audience Viewership For A Series Premiere In Networks History
The Power franchise is in full force with its fourth installments record breaking debut!
Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson’s executively produced mob series Power Book IV:Force, is setting network records for garnering millions of people to tune in for the shows premiere episode.

In the third spinoff of Starz hit tv series Power, Power Book IV: Force follows the story of Joseph Sikora’s character Tommy Egan as he shifts his life from the New York to Chicago drug trade. The series premiere, which aired this past Sunday (February 6th), brought in a record breaking 3.3 million viewers across all Starz platforms – making it the most viewed series premiere the network has ever had to date.

The episode aired right after the series finale of the franchise’s second installment, Power Book II: Ghost season 2, and reportedly drew 648,000 on-air viewers, according to Nielsen, setting another record for a Starz series premiere — and replays pushed the tally to 735,000.

After Starz broke the news of the network record breaking episode, executive producer Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson and franchise creator Courtney Kemp took to their Instagram accounts to celebrate the huge accomplishment.
50 Cent reposted the story with the caption:
“GLG GreenLightGang, bullseye I don’t miss. I Told them FORCE was gonna be the BIGGEST show STARZ has ever seen now LOOK. South Side we don’t come to make friends we take over.”

Courtney Kemp also reposted the news article and shares in the celebration, quoting stats from the shows history making premiere writing:
“Power Book IV: Force debuted as the most-watched premiere ever in STARZ history with 3.3 Million multiplatform views in the U.S. on Sunday alone… For the second time in less than three months, STARZ broke app viewership records on Sunday with the Force premiere and the season two finale of Power Book II: Ghost, delivering the most-watched day on the STARZ app in the network’s history. Internationally, it was also the most-watched day on the STARZPLAY app ever in Germany, France and the UK.”
