Khloe Kardashian Says She Was ‘Numb’ When She Found Out About Tristan Thompson’s Paternity Scandal
While being on reality tv is nothing new for the Kardashian/Jenner family, living life in the public eye can be difficult.
While promoting the premiere of her family’s new Hulu reality tv show, ‘The Kardashians’, Khloe Kardashian, 37, opened up about the difficult moments she faced while filming. In a recent interview, Khloe shares that it was difficult for her to film Tristan Thompson’s paternity scandal. Khloe said,
“That was hard”‘
Khloe Kardashian explains that while the pain “doesn’t get easier” to handle, she has become more “numb” to it.
She continued,
“When you’re hurt so many times — your reactions, your responses to the same thing happening over and over again, there is a numbing sensation to it.”
In January, Tristan Thompson, 31, confessed to fathering a child with a Houston woman named Maralee Nichols. The baby boy was allegedly conceived while he was still in a relationship with Khloé Kardashian. Reports about his months-long paternity battle with Maralee had been circulating since Nov.
Reportedly, the pair split for good in June 2021 and were on good terms while co-parenting True prior to the paternity scandal.
Last month, it was reported that Khloe Kardashian is moving on from her relationship with Tristan and is back on the dating scene. An insider told People Magazine:
“She truly seems over him. She is dating and feeling good about herself.”
