DaBaby Cleared From Charges In Connection To Shooting Trespasser At North Carolina Home
DaBaby is officially cleared from catching a charge after he claimed self-defense for shooting a male who randomly scaled his North Carolina property.
According to reports, the Iredell County District Attorney’s Office reviewed the shooting case and came to the conclusion to not press any charges.
On the evening of April 13, an unknown man entered the home of North Carolina-born rapper DaBaby, real name Johnathan Kirk. After scaling the walls of the $2.3 million property in Troutman, North Carolina, the individual was hit with a single gunshot to the leg after exchanging words with the “Rockstar” rapper.

The victim was not a guest or resident of the NC property and is said to have been trespassing. He obtained injuries that were non-life-threatening. No other injuries were reported. The investigation into the incident is now closed, as Troutman Police Department do not believe there is any threat to the community.
