Chris Rock Jokingly Explains Why He Was Okay w/ Daughter’s Expulsion From School Over Drinking Incident: ‘I Need My Black Child To Learn Her Lesson Right Now Before She Is Up On OnlyFans’
Chris Rock is not holding back in his new Netflix live comedy special “Selective Outrage.” During the show, Rock finally addressed the jaw-dropping incident at the Oscars where Will Smith slapped him for making a joke about his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith.
In addition, he opened up about his own family drama and talked about the time he wanted his daughter kicked out of her private school.
Chris Rock said his daughter was on a trip in Portugal with her classmates when she and four other girls got “bored” and decided to sneak away to go drinking. The girls were ultimately caught and according to Chris Rock, it’s no surprise that they didn’t get away with drinking underage because,
“Rich white schools, they don’t play that sh-t.”
He continued,
“These crazy white schools got rich a– white parents and rich a– white parents do not let their kids get kicked out of school.”
“So all the parents, they all got lawyers, even the ones that were lawyers got lawyers. Good lawyers.”

The “I Think I Love My Wife” star explained that he and his wife at the time, Malaak Compton-Rock, did not see eye to eye about how to handle the situation. Because he was mad at his daughter, Chris did not want to get lawyers to keep her in school, but his wife, on the other hand, said,
“’No, f— that, we’re getting a lawyer, and we’re gonna sue this school, we’re gonna sue this dean, we can sue these teachers. I can’t even believe they let her out of their sight!'”
After siding with his ex-wife, Chris shared he came home one day to find Lola laughing and hanging out with three of the girls she got in trouble with. Chris said he walked over trying to figure out what they were laughing about and it was his daughter’s response that made him take a drive to the school.
“‘Lola is like, ‘Daddy stop it, you’re so serious! I’ll be back in school in no time.'”
He went to speak with officials of the school and jokingly said he told the dean:
“I need my Black child to learn her lesson right now before she is up on OnlyFans and some sh-t! Please kick my child out of f–cking school.”
