Update: 50 Cent — Rep For Rapper Says He Did Not Recently Propose To Girlfriend w/ Huge Diamond Ring

Update: (Apr. 17): It looks like 50 Cent and Cuban Link are not engaged after all, at least not yet.

A rep for 50 Cent has informed TMZ that the diamond Cuban Link was spotted sporting on her ring finger over the weekend is NOT an engagement ring. However, according to the rep, the couple is very much still together and happy!

Over the weekend Cuban Link — real name Jamira Haynes — posted a video to Instagram that has social media users wondering if she’s engaged to her boyfriend 50 Cent — real name Curtis Jackson.

In the video, the couple shared a few laughs as they walk down a hallway, seemingly moments before the rapper took the stage. The footage then cuts to Cuban Link on the side of the stage, supporting her man during his performance. In the clip, the fitness model was captured with a shiny large diamond on her ring finger as she recorded 50 Cent.

The comment section of the video is flooded with speculation that the couple secretly got engaged. Someone even hinted that if users were in Cuban Link’s Instagram close friends circle they wouldn’t be second-guessing what the ring stood for.

50 Cent and Cuban Link have reportedly been together since 2019. 

The rapper-turned-television producer has made headlines over the years for his dating life, however, none of his previous relationships ever resulted in marriage. According to reports, before he rose to stardom, 50 Cent, 47, dated Shaniqua Tompkins, 47, from 1994 to 1998. They share one child together, Marquise Jackson, 26.

50 is also the father to  Sire Jackson, 10, whom he shares with model Daphne Joy. Daphne Joy dated the entrepreneur for two years before calling it quits in 2012.
