Donald Trump Hires Rapper Gunna’s YSL RICO Case Attorney Amid Georgia Election Probe Indictment, New Rep Claims ‘He Is Innocent Of All Charges Brought Against Him’
Donald Trump is pulling out all the stops to ensure that prison won’t be his next stop!
According to reports, ex-president Donald Trump has added a new member to his legal team, and it just so happens to be the exact attorney who once represented rapper Gunna.

As you may know, in 2022, Gunna and fellow Atlanta-based lyricist Young Thug were among 28 individuals under Thug’s YSL imprint who were charged in a 56-count RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) indictment.
YSL, which stands for Young Slime Life, has been around since 2016 and operates as Young Thug’s record label. However, the collective made national headlines when they were suspected to be a notorious street gang committing criminal activity.
Ultimately, Gunna entered the Alford plea, where he negotiated a deal to plead guilty to one offense while simultaneously maintaining his innocence. The 30-year-old received a five-year sentence, with one year commuted to time served. His remaining time gained a suspension, subject to probation conditions.

Gunna
In a recent turn of RICO-related events against Donald Trump and 18 others, Gunna’s lawyer, Steven Sadow, has ushered himself back to the forefront of a controversial case.
Earlier this month, Trump sparked global conversation after a Fulton County grand jury opted to indict the 77-year-old for (allegedly) tampering with the 2020 election in Georgia. If you don’t remember, following his loss, a competitive Trump accused the state of “rigging” the campaign, where he went against his then-adversary, President Joe Biden.
Due to a series of evidence pointing toward Trump’s rumored efforts to overturn the election, he’s been hit with 13 crimes in the filing. This includes violation of the Georgia RICO Act, solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer, conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer, conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree, and conspiracy to commit false statements and writings.

Steven Sadow
Steven Sadow will replace Trump’s former representative, Drew Findling, with Jennifer Little assisting. Additionally, he’s known for previously aiding a list of other high-profile music artists, such as T.I., Rick Ross, and even Usher.
When asked about his new client, Trump, Steven Sadow told an outlet,
“I have retained to represent President Trump in the Fulton County, Georgia case. The President should never have been indicted. He is innocent of all the charges brought against him. We look forward to the case being dismissed or, if necessary, an unbiased, open-minded jury finding the President not guilty. Prosecutions intended to advance or serve the ambitions and careers of political opponents of the President have no place in our justice system.”

Trump, whose bail was set at $200,000, is scheduled to surrender to authorities today, August 24.
